Last Day = Baseball Olympics & HR Derby  
Note: Players will have an elite training schedule based on NCAA drills/practices. Campers will be introduced to proprioception activities, weighted implement training, and arm care/recovery protocols. Hitter exit velocities and pitcher MPH/spin rate metrics will be assessed, measured, and fostered.
In addition, campers will have the opportunity for a personalized video analysis (view sample) and/or RSBC Prospect Video to be created/posted on our site. Click here to view sample video.

  • Glover Field protocols
    (No Metal Cleats, No gum/sunflower seeds; No colored beverages)
  • Medical Issues/Allergies Reviewed
  • Be On Time
  • No Bad Language
  • No Peanut Butter
  • No Loose Bats
  • Care For Team/Individual Equipment
  • No Trash Talk
  • Always Hustle
  • Use water bottle, no mouths on coolers
  • Have FUN!

SAFETY

  • Safety rules will be reviewed weekly & guidelines are discussed before activity commences.
  • Campers must follow the precautions to to avoid injuring themselves or others

LUNCH & SNACKS
During break time (11:00am - 11:20am), campers will have an opportunity to eat any foods and drinks that they bring to camp. Most campers bring a light snack or a small sandwich to eat before the afternoon ball game. 

RAIN DAYS
On rainy or overly hot days, camp may be cancelled with Friday built in as a possible rain make-up day. Parents will be contacted via text or phone call during the camp day if weather requires an early pick up from the field.
